For Standard Rate bookings, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.
For Non-Refundable a 100% non-refundable deposit is required.
Cancellation is always free of charge if the inability to stay is affected by Covid-19 restrictions.
If the guest does not show up or does not notify the property within the days specified in the specific terms and conditions of the chosen rate, he/she will have to pay the full amount of the reservation.
Advance payments by credit card or bank transfer are accepted.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the flats.
